July 7th: I have signed up with John Henderson of RE/MAX. Tell him you saw the house here.... Not that that will do you or I any good. I gave him the buyer and he stalled other buyers and he still charged me full commission ( well, he gave me one quarter of a percent). I wish the new owners the very best.
